   Calls and requests go to an independent crawl space company that serves Spartanburg and the surrounding county.

3. The company handles the job

   They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Spartanburg Crawl Space is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

South Carolina's Residential Builders Commission, part of SC LLR, requires a residential builder license when a job costs more than $5,000, and licensure or registration for residential specialty contractors (such as carpenters, masons and insulation installers) on jobs over $500. Look the company up on LLR's license search, ask who will pull any permit with the City of Spartanburg, your town or Spartanburg County, and get the scope, materials and warranty in writing.
